Jonathan Wright was extremely professional in his advice as to the type of unit which would be best for my needs. This was carried through into the installation process which was done efficiently and in the time frame stipulated along with the explanation of the functions of the unit. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company to any one considering air conditioning.

Jonathan was extremely helpful as I went through the "Strata Struggle", always responding to questions and concerns quickly. Him and his team were really great, they kept you in the loop with what they were doing, took the time to get clean on what you wanted the end product to look like (wire coverage wise), and left the place clean and tidy. They really cared that you were happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with Wright Air for the ducted aircon we just installed. They were recommended to me by a friend who commented at the time, “they were the cleanest tradespeople he has ever had working at his house” and I would agree. Initial quote was all bar $200 more than the cheapest. So not only was pricing great but service likewise. What I also appreciated was Jonathan coming out 3 times before we commenced the job. To ensure vent location was agreed, system was well hidden and to address my questions. Finally a month after install they dropped to help my wife and I work through the operating system. Highly recommended and at very least get a quote from them.
