We recently had a daikin ducted system and stand alone bulk head system supplied and installed by Wright air and electrical. From quoting to installation Jonathan and his team were very professional. Very disappointed with their service, called them to service our ducted airconditioning and I wasn't home while it was done but I have been told by my wife that the service was carried out by a very young technician, my wife said he was very polite therefore my wife could not explain what actually was done just that the filter was missing and needed to be ordered and that the problem I have pointed out was not resolved, we have some piece of cardboard on the grill that covers the fan of the unit outside, I presume it was put there by the previous occupants for stop some vibration and I was expecting a professional that does this for living to come up with some solutions instead of saying "oh if is there we better leave it" WHAT! leave a piece of cardboard as solution for the vibration is considered a professional solution? We waited a couple of weeks for the filter to arrive in the meantime I contacted Johnathan to ask what exactly the procedure for service is and he was arrogant on the phone which I didn't expect, he asked me to provide an email address so he could send me the report, well I'm still waiting! Finally the technician came back with the filter and it wasn't the right size, that's ok mistake can be made so we wait another week and the technician came for the 3rd time with the filter and guess what? It wasn't again the right size! I meant you can make mistake but this means that you don't care at all about what you are doing and only because was a minor job did not care at all and Jonathan advise the technician to put the filter ON TOP of the grill instead of sliding it inside pretending that everything works fine. The whole think cost us over $500 for what? A wrong filter installed and turn the aircon on and off? Great job! Another cowboy that take advantage of people looking for professional and instead rip them off, dodgy and stay away from them.
