After looking around and having no much luck in finding an installer to replace my old AC system, I rung Jonathan last Friday. He was helpful and understood our needs. Having the AC failing in winter is not particularly comfortable. He managed to get two "volunteers" to work on Saturday for a reasonable extra cost. Raine and Gabriel showed up perfectly on time at 7am, did a terrific job, which was by no means easy. The were professional, friendly, intelligent, and informative. The quality of the work is impeccable and they left the place in perfect order after cleaning. I know now who to call next time I have and AC/electrical need. Well done! BTW, with so many shonky tradespeople in Sydney, it is refreshing to find one that can serve as a model for good service and customer focus.
