Wright air just finished today. I chose them because they answered all my pre-job questions (mo matter how ridiculous), were very courteous and were very knowledgeable. Overall they did a great job. The outside unit was installed brilliantly and looks so sturdy that I don't think even a natural disaster would bother it. The inside unit is sleek and modern looking. They walked us through how to use the unit and how to maintain it.
